Mikel Ann Manchester

Mikel Ann Manchester serves as the Associate Specialist for Water Quality and Community Education for the region with offices in the Rowser Building in Stafford, Fredericksburg, and at the Coastal Collaborator Center in Hampton, VA. Her role includes building partnerships to address water quality and quantity issues. She is working to establish the RIVERE Ecological Center, housed in Fredericksburg, VA. Mikel will promote the creation of a world-class ecological center designed in form and function to attract, support, and integrate scientific research into education, and public outreach. RIVERE will serve as a regional and global magnet for watershed research, education and ecoculture.
